We are navigating the way we show up to do the work of imagining equitable futures every single day and figuring out the role we play in existing and evolving systems.
We recognize that we bring different skills, perspectives and living experiences to our work and that it is our job to balance our own living experiences with the living experiences of people who we interact with.
We do not strive for perfection, because it doesn’t not exist. We strive for self and collective care at the core of our work.
