We are known for naming inequities and provoking minds.
We are also trusted for program and curriculum development, placemaking, community-based research, workshop design, exhibit design and installations, program evaluation, and strategy development.
We work to seek, centre, elevate, and amplify their voices in all that we do and to create equitable pathways and access to increase systems change. To get there, we build reciprocal partnerships with direct service delivery organizations, frontline workers, and practitioners.
Our Approach
Our work is centred around three core areas:
Inquiry
Our work to understand complexity within oppressive systems and the stories of those impacted by them. We do this through participatory research with service providers and communities.
Imagination
We imagine new ways of doing things through co-designing with these communities.
Implementation
We work to turn these ideas into artefacts of the future, into policy and process changes, and eventually into a reality that is more just and more equitable.
