“The ‘Defining Leadership’ workshop hosted by the Department of Imaginary Affairs, was an intersectional dialogue and innovative approach to bringing folks from across the Centennial College community to think about how we will create important bridges and scaffolding for our future learners and leaders. Through a creative narrative approach Jenn and Blair, walked us through a participatory approach to taking complex conversations around what makes a leader and resonate across community, industry and institutions to achieve exciting possibilities and outcomes. We really enjoyed their energy and ability to translate conversations between college faculty, administrators, staff and students and to meaningful themes and points of consideration while planning our program framework for the Centennial College Sloan Leadership Academy.”
