At the University of Waterloo, he studied Knowledge Integration, a transdisciplinary program focused on design thinking and collaboration. Since graduating, he has worked as an independent contractor specializing in organizational management, staff training, and systems thinking. He is also the creator of Collaborative Classrooms, a learning module for high school students that teaches them how to work well together. He think the keys to solving the big problems of our time is through leveraging effective collaboration and embracing complexity. Outside the office, Bryson is a bartender, a writer, and a big fan of all things basketball.
