Anthea is very curious. This has lead to an interesting career that currently includes being a Digital Strategist & Community Engagement Specialist at the Culture Division at the City of Mississauga; the Head Squid at Red Squid Lab where she makes beautiful things using technology, compelling narratives across platforms, and starts conversations between strangers and friends – on and offline; has an ongoing art and storytelling practice; co-leads the House of Wayward Women which curates art and music events including heartbeat: the world’s tiniest music festival; and likes to volunteer in her community bringing art, community, storytelling and people together.
