Morgan is a transdisciplinary designer, facilitator, and systems thinker whose practice lives at the crossover of strategy and operations — what they call the tangibility sweet spot. They are driven by a desire to understand how things work, and more importantly, how they break, and where the leverage points are to put them back together differently.
They thrive at the intersection of creativity and structure, bringing warmth, steadiness, and an unusually wide set of perspectives to most rooms they walk into. Curious by nature, Morgan believes that following that curiosity honestly will always lead somewhere worth going.

Morgan spent over a decade in the arts — leading exhibition design, managing collections, running festivals, and handling communications and fundraising across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Those experiences showed them firsthand what happens when systems don't support the people inside them.
That led them to pursue a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University, deepening their practice in systems thinking, foresight, and equitable design. Their approach lives deliberately between the visionary and the practical — diagnosing systems, finding paths forward, and identifying concrete steps toward something better.
Morgan holds knowledge as something to be shared, not gatekept.
